Some articles and books are unavailable to me for some reason. Why is that?
I'm supposed to be doing a 12-15 page research paper and I'm looking for the right sources for the paper, but I have a couple of issues. First off, I can't even log in to my library account and every time I press "Forgot Password?" it sends me to an error page. Some of the articles that are unavailable to me are probably because I can't log in. I asked my professor and he suggested that I get in contact with a librarian.

I am sorry that you are experiencing these difficulties. You are correct that the articles are unavailable to you because you are unable to log in. In order to use the CCP Library's resources, you must first login to MyCCP using your login credentials, then you can find Student Services from the menuo on the left and click on Library. This places you at the Library’s homepage where the default is a Summon Search (for books, articles and more).
From the MyCCP login screen, you may click on the First Time User/Password Retrieval link OR the Reset Password link to retrieve or reset your password. Since you have tried this, and it does not seem to work correctly, I would suggest that you do the following. 1) restart your computer; 2) clear the browser cache (search history) for whatever browser you may be using; 3) switch browsers, for example instead of Chrome, use Firefox.
Once you are able to login, you will know that everything is working as it should if the URL (website address) contains the following "https://ezproxy.ccp.edu..."
